Each staff member here, including Dr. Brown, was so kind on the painful day I found out my cat was critically ill. Dr. Brown explained his condition and options so clearly, and I was never rushed. I will always grieve for Steed but having hugs and understanding from staff helped me get through the decision to save him from further pain.
